What happens if my item is damaged when I receive it?
• Due to the nature of Lavish Lab & Co products, once an item is shipped, Lavish Lab & Co will not be responsible for that package. If there is a special circumstance that occurs, arrangements can be made.
Can I return a product?
• Due to the nature of products, returns are not accepted. If an issue occurs on my behalf I will make accommodations.
How quickly will I get a response when inquiring about products ?
• Please allow 48 hours for all inquiries to be responded to.
How long does it take to process my order?
• It will take a minimum of 2-3 days to process each order. Around holidays, please be patient due to high order volume. Lavish Lab & Co goal is for you to receive your products as soon as possible.
How long will shipping take?
• Lavish Lab & Co will be shipped through USPS on Monday through Friday. It will take up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If otherwise happens, you will be notified via email. What is the shipping cost?
• Shipping costs will vary, it will be calculated once you arrive at the checkout screen and included in your total.
How do I track my order?
• You’ll receive an email once the shipping label is made and then able to track the status of your order through the USPS website.
